Our Service provides a platform for comparing energy tariffs from various UK providers. We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UK Bill Support Bureau and its licensors.

In no event shall UK Bill Support Bureau, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Complaints

We operate an 8-week complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our final response after 8 weeks, you may be eligible to refer your complaint to the Energy Ombudsman, which is an independent and free service to resolve disputes.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
